You should know exactly how a site that gives you market data makes its money. This page explains it in plain terms.

Free for readers

Every guide, calculator and dataset on Apartment in Dubai is free to use. There is no paywall, no sign-up requirement to access the tools, and no sponsored placement inside our content. What you read here is not influenced by who might pay us.

How we make money

When a reader asks to be contacted (for example through our contact form or a guide request), that inquiry is handled by our licensed partner, Recom Real Estate LLC (RERA ORN 30360), Office 2604, The Prism Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. If a reader ultimately completes a property transaction through that partner, the partner earns a standard brokerage commission from the transaction.

That commission is what funds this site. It never changes the data we publish: our figures come from named sources with stated as-of dates, and they are the same whether or not any transaction ever happens.

What we are not

• We are not a listings portal, and we do not advertise specific properties or units.
• We are not paid by developers or agencies for placement in our guides or data.
• Our market data is source-cited and published unchanged regardless of any commercial outcome.

Editorial independence

Commercial arrangements have no influence on what we publish. Every headline figure is traced to a named source and an as-of date. If you spot an error in our data, we want to hear about it: corrections are reviewed and, where warranted, published promptly.
